An additional PHP 300 applies for the 3rd guest.

Children 7 years old and below may stay for free.
☑️ Booking Confirmation
Submitting the booking form does not automatically confirm the reservation. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
☑️ Downpayment
A minimum PHP 500 downpayment is required to secure your booking. Downpayment is non-refundable once paid.
☑️ Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 12:00 NN.
☑️ House Care
Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit clean and return the key properly after check-out.

• Any damage or missing items may be charged accordingly.
• Please return the key properly after check-out.
